Submissions and Submission Content
We ask that all filmmakers submitting their projects or works retain all rights for their film. We will only accept and publish films that have been previously been uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo, all others will be rejected. We do not claim any film rights. Filmmakers who publish their films retain all rights to the published content and reserve the right to have their film taken down at any time.
Social Media Support and Promotion
By checking the box labeled “I would like to have my film featured on Off The Script Films’ social media pages” on our submission form, you give www.offthescriptfilms.org the right to promote and publish your submitted images and film content on our social media pages. Again, we do not claim any rights to submitted material, and filmmakers who submit films with a valid email reserve the right to have their film, and social media promotions removed and taken down at any time.
Invalid Links
For any filmmaker who submits content, we ask that they inform us if a link is no longer valid, or if the video has been deleted, or changed to a private post. If a link no longer works we reserve the right to delete the film from our website without notifying the respective filmmaker.
Deletion of Submitted Videos
We reserve the right to delete a film from our platform at any time due to various reasons. These include deletion in an effort to retrieve or save space on a page, a change in our terms and conditions policy that categorizes previously submitted content as inappropriate, or a request from an outside source to have the respective film removed.
Rejected Films
We reserve the right not to publish submitted films on www.offthescriptfilms.org if submitted content does not meet our regulations and rules, or does not fit our overall concept.
Creators
Off The Script Films reserves the right to remove creators, and creators’ content from our site at any time without notification. Creators are expected to uphold the terms laid out in this document, and comply with any requests made by Off The Script Films administrators. By allowing your posts to be advertised across social media you give Off The Script Films the right to use your name and social profiles in our posts. By becoming a creator, you grant Off The Script Films royalty free access to all of your published content on our site. Off The Script Films may not use content published across your social media accounts without exclusive permission from the user.
Creators must not delete, misrepresent, or destroy existing media posted on our website. Do not attempt to change existing media in any way. Off The Script Films will not be liable for any inappropriate changes to existing media.
Creators posts must not include curses or inappropriate language, or graphic images. Images including nudity, intense violence, curses, homophobic content, racist content, sexist content, or any type of discriminatory or offensive content will be removed immediately without notification of the creator. Posting content containing any of the images listed above will result in an immediate removal from our Creator’s branch.

Off The Script Films expects creators to be role models, and foster a kind, helpful, and enjoyable climate on our platform. Those who are engaging in any exclusionary, derogatory, or offensive acts will be removed, and their content will be deleted.
Off The Script Films is not responsible or liable for any content published on our site by creators. No legal action can be pursued against Off The Script Films based on what a creator has posted.

Parts of our website offer users the chance to post comments, exchange opinions, and discuss multiple topics.
